Still Exploring but finding good till now
Pros
1.Learning. since the day i am here,I am learning. I have recently joined Nagarro. 2.Facilities provided are nice but same have problems too. 3.Managers are good. And that can be only good thibg that can make ur work life better. Company just hav a name. Environment is created by the people work their and wirk life mainly depends on manager. So fingers crossed. 4.xbox room, gym n other facilities are amazing.
Cons
1.medical insurance should not be bourne by employee. No good facility provided. 2. Salary structure is not very impressive. 3. Things are made to be in process but are actually not. 4.buildings are too small. Better go for a good cyberpark. 1 floor of will b sufficient for 1 whole building as the floor area s very small in all buildings and this could save lot of things. 5. Onsite policy is not so good at all. Long term onsite is just a dream. 6. Very very small projects size.
