      Pros

      Good growth in terms of package and position. Good learning for people who want to grow technically.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not good. Employees are made to work up to late night on a regular basis. Processes are not followed properly. Poor policies, management etc.

      mostly 10-6 job, out of which u may spend 3-4 hrs in cafeteria,gym & in meetings

      Cons

      10% of your ctc will be reserved as performance bonus, which they release in 2 parts after 6 months

      Small company, overall facilities are fine, transport, food, recreation rooms are in place. Sr. people are not always reachable when required.

      Cons

      A technical PM is expected to be familiar with technical aspects at times which is not a practical for large/complex engagements.
