- flexible schedule - regular monthly payments - supportive teams and collaborative environment - remote - career opportunities

Cons

- lack of corporate culture and engagement with the team - low salary compared to the same roles in other IT companies - lack of a support system for the employees, such as the medical insurance plan - chaotic vacation policy and inability to book your vacation whenever needed
