      Great place and people, lack os strategy

      Pros

      Namecheap's people are the best on welcoming you to the web scenario, specially the over complicated product they sell. People are patient and very interested on your work, I am offered great freedom to work on my time and projects while having a great backup of my team.

      Cons

      The lack of product strategy might lead the company's employees to a frustration level after some time on the company. Products are being launched and transparency is there, but there's something off with not launching MVPs first nor having user testing before hand.
