Regarding the "a lot of meetings" part; we're with you actually and that's why we've adopted a company-wide meeting philosophy this year: We keep our cyclical meetings limited to 2 days of the week, in order to have the rest of the week for our deep work, planning and ad-hoc collaboration opportunities.
