      Pros

      It's been 3 years now that I'm associated with Namecheap and the experience so far is great! The Organisation culture that I have observed here is Wow! In a few words, the Pros are Flexibility to work, freedom to share thoughts and ideas, learnings, global work environment, friendly and genuine, a place where people do like to have fun!

      Onsite opportunities can be improved

      Great growth opportunities. People that work here are genuinely helpful and friendly Management are really supportive People are promoted internally Really suits people who like a fast pace/ entrepreneurial Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing Lot of Perks & remote working option for IC's

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better, but probably no worse than other places I have worked.
