At Nanoheal, our goal is to provide a positive work environment where employees can gain technical experience and grow their careers- all the while embracing our work hard, play harder philosophy. We're glad to see that you're enjoying the technology, but it's clear that you have concerns. We take feedback very seriously, and want to take a moment to address your concerns. It's a bit unclear what you meant by "no proper management," but it looks like you're a current employee. We encourage you to talk with your team lead, HR, or anyone in management you feel comfortable speaking with regarding this issue. In regards to a proper hike, compensation increases are due to merit and skills. The CEO may not have worked with you directly on projects, however our reporting gives an unbiased way to evaluate employee performance. Again, if you have any concerns about work, compensation, etc. please take advantage of our open door policy; you may not feel your experience is five stars at the moment, but we'd love to see you succeed and enjoy your job.
