1. Great environment in general and on the sales floor 2. Incredible management 3. Competitive environment but also great team collaboration 4. Most enjoyable part of the job would be coworkers 5. Hardest part of the job is dealing with angry customers on the phone 6. Beautiful Office 7. Lot of energy because of the fun and young crowd.

Cons

Compensation could be higher for certain positions.

It's no secret in a calls center not everyone who calls in is going to be happy, which can be difficult to deal with. But we appreciate how well our employees work with customers to turn their days around. joined a couple of months back . the organisation (team & HR) greeted us well . with work pressure we also had lot of events lined up , we could take our mind of work .
