Start-up stage no more, yet the company has no structure

Pros

Its a product based company, Nanoheal is their patented tool. Product is quite promising. They are just emerging into the market and are doing decently well.

Cons

Technical team and management is not that great. Dirty politics and very judgmental staff , top to bottom hierarchy is unprofessional at times. Hike depends on how "good" you are with the senior management, performance does not play any role. No training , No structure, No proper process in software development. Testing is mostly manual. Quality of the code is below average, no architecture documentation or any other documentation regarding technical aspects

Supportive management Max visibility Flexible office hours Indoor sports room Good payment and last but not the least CEO himself.

Cons

occasional long hours, but these are promptly and suitably rewarded.
