You get to wear multiple hats, which is great for professional growth. Exposure to multiple functions is possible—product, engineering, marketing, and even ops. Leadership is open to ideas and gives you the space to execute. Tight-knit teams and a startup-like hustle despite being around for a while. Good place if you enjoy autonomy and figuring things out on your own.

Cons

Processes are still evolving. Not everything is structured, which can be overwhelming if you prefer rigid processes. Not much hand-holding—great if you're independent, tough if you need structure, especially for junior staff
