Pros

I have been with this company for 7 months and I did not find any thing fishy here, either with the management, Team leads or with colleagues. They all are like minded. Company working atmosphere is so great, specially for freshers. this is a great place to kick start their carrier. Company is growing at a very fast phase in the right direction with its quality Product . The best thing about this company is that People here are like minded. Good initiative - Taking employees for outing in the weekend is great to help employees to mingle with each other.

Cons

Work load is bit high, that can be avoided with a little bit of planning. Apart from this everything is cool here.

Pros

Work is good. Extensive learning opportunities for a self-motivated individual.

Cons

People management and Politics are what one will come across all the time. Having good terms with CEO is the only way to survive else the company may anytime stop loving you anytime. Management is screwed up and behaves unprofessional at times. No process.
