Pros

The company is truly working to build a transformational technology product. It is a very collegial place with employees who genuinely like working with each other. Very little politics, although like most companies, somebody is always complaining about something.

Cons

The AI/NLG market is not well-defined or even that big yet. This has resulted in the company launching/working on a large number of products and solutions without necessarily understanding who the target customer is. It can be frustrating to work on something without a clear target or on a product that might be abandoned quickly. I think our management team understands this and hopefully as the company and market mature, this will be less of an issue.

Pros

Lots of opportunities, to contribute and learn. Rapidly increasing market recognition. There are a lot of really interesting projects going on. Plenty of talent, engineering blends well with business dev.

Cons

Could use better compensation, RSU helps though.

Pros

The culture is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The company is full of highly intelligent people who are working on very innovative products.

Cons

Since it's a small & agile company, it can feel chaotic at times with lots of change. But that's part of the fun in my opinion.
