Exceptionally restrictive covid policies Yearly merit doesn't keep up with the inflation One of the most modest bonus systems for non-execs Extensive restrictions on trading stocks for employees - even if your department has nothing to do with the NASDAQ stock exchange

Exposure to intricate market technology and lateral movement, relatively flat structure.

Cons

Base pay is extremely average for a company with such a high rep and bonuses could have been stronger, especially given that the stress for my team was very high and working more than 60 hours wasn't unheard of.
