It's good for some, not for all

Pros

The benefits are exceptional. Health, vision, dental, ESPP program, and student loan contributions.

Cons

Constantly working late nights and weekend. There is so much infighting between teams and there's never any money to hire people, even when others leave. Fraternity culture. Poor senior management. The base pay is low and raises are very hard to come by.

Understaffed, heavy workload, low base pay

Pros

Name recognition, interesting case work, stock options, collaborative team environment.

Cons

Little upward mobility opportunities available within departments. Understaffed. Poor training - most of your role will need to be self-taught. A lot of gossip within the company. Heavy workload with little recognition. You will be expected to "hang in there and get through it together". Minimal award program system for extra work or special projects. Low base pay under the market average.

Pros

It feels like family - great benefits and compensation is industry matched.

Cons

The experience depends on the business unit management team.
