      Great science staff. Some of the best minds in the world

      Cons

      Horrible management structure. No incentive or motivation for scientists. Always patting themselves on the back in "all-hands" meetings

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers, smart motivated people. Good benefits. Incredible idea and mission that is important for the ecological and scientific fields.

      Cons

      Poor management that set a very negative culture, tone and atmosphere. Didn't do their jobs of coordinating a complex project. There is new management now though so I'm hopeful.
