Pros

Not many pros, except co-workers were team oriented, unlike management.

Cons

Management is horrible. Company is not financially sound. Routes were constantly cut to nothing. No money to be made at this company.

Pros

Full Time employees get a company car to take home. boss not constantly watching over your shoulder. Friendly management team from area manager all the way down to territory manager. The HR department and the benefits are exceptional than most other jobs. As an employee of full-time work you get free disability and free life insurance provided by the company .

Cons

Some long work days. Coworker interaction is very minimal.
