Pros

Fast paced, rarely will you look at your watch and feel like time is standing still. At the end of the day you will be proud of your accomplishments and the customers you made happy. Great training website with fun "Work shoppe Tim" character. COO of the company welcomes you on the video and many times sends a welcome card when you start.

Cons

Hard work and fast pace. If you like sitting in a chair all day, this isn't the job for you.

Pros

Flexible schedules. Manager will work with you, minimal management,

Cons

The company ask way too much for the money that they are paying you. You are responsible for vehicle maintenance, product inventory every month, fix broken machines, long distance travel, outdated machines, lots of admin work that your not paid for. .
