Pros

Get to use a company vehicle

Cons

No support you will work a lot of hours. You will never get a great job. Will get a lot of criticism on little things you don't do right even if you have done 20 things right they point out the 1 thing you have not done. Pay isn't fair they say you make hourly but you also get a commission. Some routes do great but other routes suck. So they pay isn't even across the office and most work the same amount of hours.

Not a good company

Pros

Set your own work hours, use of company vehicle, nice pay checks!

Cons

Expatiation was set way to high by management and not enough time to complete daily routes, most of the equipment was so outdated and sometimes you would end up short or over and you was accountable for the loss even if not your fault.

Pros

Not many pros, except co-workers were team oriented, unlike management.

Cons

Management is horrible. Company is not financially sound. Routes were constantly cut to nothing. No money to be made at this company.
