Work outside, nobody standing over you, make your own schedule within specific timeframes, 18/hr, the sweet kroger employees

Cons

Spending hundreds on gas and not being reimbursed, constantly changing rules abd procedures, lack of training on new procedures, lack of materials and tools needed to do the job, very poor management
