Not reliable work and you will be held accountable for the lack of the stores doing their jobs when you are not there.

Outside and working with plants.

Cons

Bugs, heat, rain, snow, ice, fluxating temperatures from 110 degrees temps to 20 degree or below temps, lack of support when the store will not do their job, very physically demanding no mater what the weather is and definitely not worth the pay and wear and tear on your vehicle!!!

Inconsistent management. You work for NGS but you get one day of training and then every kroger employee tries to tell you things to do, then NGS tells you that krogers isn't your managerand you're wasting too much time so then you don't do what krogers ask and NGS says they got a call and need to reduce your hours?
