Pros
Not having to work with customers is about it.
Cons
So to start you have to drive from location to location 5-6 days a week and you won't get paid for 2 weeks so have fun figuring out the gas and if you do happen to run out of money and gas before you even get paid upper management with scold you about "balancing your budget better" like what budget, you haven't even paid me yet?!?! On top of that I was never even given a uniform so just show up to locations with no identification you let you them know you're the professional whose supposed to be taking care of the plants. This is supposed to be a part time job but some people are having to work 10 hour days just to get all the jobs done and they also make mandatory Saturdays a thing for a while so 6 day weeks, mandatory, for a part time job. You're also supposed to be able to work on your own schedule but again you'll get blown up by upper management asking why you haven't checked into a job site after a certain time in the morning. It's really frustrating because when they hire you they make the job seem one way and then when you get hired you realize really quickly they don't care about their employees and they only care about you getting to job sites as early as possible and finishing your day. Also when I needed proper equipment for a store and messaged management I was ignored for days about it but when I messaged again asking for a day off it only took them 2 minutes to tell me I couldn't request that day off because it's mandatory Saturdays but again couldn't respond to my need for proper equipment for days but could respond to tell me no for my time off request.
