      Pros

      Enjoyable work, outside work, flexibility when needed, and great team members.

      Cons

      When issues or disagreements occur between NGS and Kroger, also it would be nice if NGS could print mark down labels and signs. Reason being.. it can be a headache trying to get them from Kroger alot of times.

      -Work outside -Take care of plants

      Cons

      -Management sucks and is extremely rude -they will try to do anything they can not to give you benefits -Also does not pay per mileage but pays for the set time it takes on maps

      Flexible, part time, perfect for plant lovers and parents with kids in school looking to get back into the work

      Cons

      Unpredictable workload, some unknown expectations but it seems like stuff that can be sorted out with time and experience
