Pros

the more experienced and seasoned adjusters who have been in this business for years, we can all appreciate each other!

Cons

everything here is a CON! all the managers, new hire/trainees employees and human resources especially the one man who owns this god awful place! There's definitely ALOT of serious racism throughout the entire company for sure. They will hire the minorities to fill that quota but not for management.The EEOC needs to get on their job and shut this place down! Its horrible and a very hostile workplace to go to everyday. I have never worked for such a terrible place of employment before in my life. Although, they say the "south" is bad for minorities.

Pros

The Karfunkels have the money to make things happen.

Cons

Narcissistic managers; creativity is stifled; staff's opinions, concerns and suggestions are ignored. The culture is do what I tell you or else there is the door. Management by fear is the norm. Goals and objectives would be reasonable if not for the amount of work put on the staff.

Poor Company with deception as a course of business.

Pros

Pays a bit more than other companies to get you in the door, Interesting working in downtown Cleveland, many top leaders are remote. Poised for public sale.

Cons

High turnover, lack of stability and leadership. Systems are not updated often enough and not intuitive to use. Raises are very low. Workloads are very high. Employees are not provided adequate performance improvement opportunities. Prospective employees...leave your current job at your own risk. 401K not as lucrative as other companies.
