I worked for this company for over 10 years. When I started out it was a great company. The culture was good and the benefits and perks were awesome because we were owned by GMAC.

Cons

The company underwent new ownership in 2009. With new ownership comes many changes. The new owner was about the bottom line - how to streamline and be profitable at any expense. Unfortunately this impacted a number of experienced employees and the culture and moral went down.
