Pros

Frequent changes in management allows for employees to learn how to adapt. Having a job to go to every day is a plus.

Cons

Poor communication in every aspect. Company communications to its employees is non-existent. Manager communications to their direct reports is even worse. High performance is expected, with little compensation. Couple this with outdated systems and the unwillingness to invest in technology makes doing well at your job is nearly impossible.

Pros

- Older management is great, good business sense - Friendly coworkers

Cons

- Newer upper management makes poor decisions for the company - New location is run poorly, people seem to be promoted based on who they're friends with instead of how well they perform
