Pros

There were a lot of dedicated, hard working people in the claims department. However, most have been permanently laid off (for a tax break).

Cons

Company has no real direction. While change is inevitable and expected in business, the company changes it's expectations from it's front line employees literally every couple months. Then when it's review time, it can be nearly impossible to make "the grade" where they want. No raises when GM took the government bail out, then after they sold us to an outside firm, still no raises until about 6 months which came as a "bonus" of 1% if you qualified. And when that came across, we also received a threat from the president regarding "getting on the bus...or else".

Pros

Some of the best people in the world work on the frontline here at GMACI. They have the potential to be really great.

Cons

Mangement inconsistency. Stubborn leadership. Bottom line is everything (sometimes it should not be)
