      Pros

      Very good company to work for. Have worked there for over 11 years, have learned a lot and it provided me the opportunity to learn all I know about claims, from Trainee to Senior Adjuster.

      Changes are constant in the world and this time around my position is affected by same.

      The naysayers - people who have worked there for so long they are stuck in the "we have always done it this way", including a few upper management.

      Pros

      I've been through a lot with GMACI. We are growing fast and have hired many new adjusters and have had several promotions. The loyalty of the staff in Winston Salem has been a significant asset for the company and is becoming so again.

      Cons

      The last year was a challenging one and those of us that made it through it hope to benefit from a stronger company. Those that want to complain should leave now. There is no room for you.
