Health Insurance - yet reducing HSA amounts Paid Vacation - decent amount as well

Cons

Over worked under paid, promises that arent met 10 months later...still arent met, the worst for communicating things to employees even though they say they are going to improve but havent, we want to hear knowledgable things about the company not just sending out an email to send out an email so that they can say they are communicating better. Rather get nothing at all verses being bombarded by unimportant things.

Pros

Decent salary and benefits. Good brand recognition within the marketplace.

Cons

Senior management and the owners of GMAC are constantly changing their minds. Once middle managers create a plan to reach company goals, the goals are totally different and all work completed is now irrelevant. New owners are penny wise and pound foolish. They work to save pennies today and tighten budgets to save money, but they do it in a foolish way. Their supposed "cost savings" end up causing major problems that are very expensive to correct.

Pros

We are setting the platform to build a second-to-none Claims Machine. Future looks very bright. The right leadership is now in place. Culture is back on track. I have not felt this about going to work in some time. If you dont mind working hard for a great company this could be the place for you.

Cons

Workload continues to be heavy but progress is being made. We have been hiring good people this year which should continue to help. We still have a few on board who should really make the decision to get on board or go find something they can enjoy.
