1.) Decent Salary 2.) Still have several management folks who care about the employees and a job well done 3.) Still offered 401K and benefits

Cons

1.) Open door policy means to agree with management and if for some reason you disagree, it must be presented a very positive manner 2.) Share your thoughts and ideas….only if they are the same as management and HR 3.) Work longer hours – even if you are an efficient employee, you need to work just as long or longer than the co-worker that takes all day to do half of what you do 4.) Perception, Perception, Perception…it’s all about the perception

This is a great company and I am very proud and privileged to have been an employee with GMAC Insurance for several years. The employees are hard-working and care for the company, its customers and each other. Current leadership supports a culture that is engaged and empowered to initiate change. I believe the company has a very bright future.

Equipment needs to be updated.

Cons

The fast pace and focus on results may not be for everybody. This is no place for the complacent or those not comfortable with change.
