Pros

New Sr. Management with Energy, Vision and Direction Renewed focus on the right talent in the right roles to support growth, opportunity and delivery Investing time, focus, energy and resources in initiatives of measurable value and high return

Cons

Clear communication and interpretation of key initiatives in functional areas needs to take place Naysayers and "seen it befores" abound - instead of wait and see, they too need to go and do; that way, change will take hold and they will be taking part

Pros

They still pay us. We have clean bathrooms.

Cons

1. Senior Management says they are great! To prove how great they are, all Managemet has told their employees to login to Glassdoor and tell the world how great they are to their employees. GMACI management is great because GMACI management says so! 2. Management does have an open-door policy. Keeping the door open makes it easier to kick our butt out when they fire us. 3. Management does listen to their employees opinions. Of course if your opinion disagrees with your management you will be "layed off". Our management sent us all an email 2 weeks ago telling us that if you don't agree with current management and the "New GMAC Insurance" you can "Get off the bus". 4. Benefits are getting worse every year while management increases the work load and decreases pay. 5. Not all incompetent employees get promoted. I have only seen Incompetent employees who kiss up to their managers get promoted. (2 sons of the CEO are also on our Senior Leadership Team.) 6. Management does have a plan for GMACI. Of course, we may change that plan at anytime; usually monthly. Moving is a direction! Keeping our jobs until we can find a new one. 7. Horrible employee morale. We are currently surrounded by management that share the credit for the horrible employee morale.
