Pros

They had great benefits, and the incentives were fun. My team was amazing and we always had plenty of laughs, fun and games in the call center.

Cons

I was pin pointed and micro managed to death, to the point of having weekly to daily meltdowns in the staircase and my car until I finally had no choice to just quit. I was an above average seller and it was never enough. Hell if I sold too much I was pulled into an office and asked why I was selling so much. I was accused of sliding things into polices even though all phone calls are recorded and they had no proof of such a thing. It was an uncalled for place of management for sure!
