Pros

I loved working in their crisis center environment and the dedication to military knowledge based information to help with their safety.

Cons

Contractor's have to much control over the client and the decision making. Causing continued staff turnover which s not productive to the client.

Pros

Beautiful new facility in Springfield, VA. Lateral and promotion opportunities within the agency are good. Important work is being done for the country.

Cons

Bureaucracy is alive and well. If you ever leave it will be hard to find equal jobs that pay equal because of paygrade bloat. Unless you have an operational position it will feel like you are spinning your wheels at times.
