Pros

Great Culture, fantastic benefits, fairly easy work life balance. Lots to learn and easily a place to have a lifelong career.

Cons

CAP program for pay band 2 participants while necessary, can be very frustrating. I think the way it was run before Covid was far more efficient than now where the program is increasingly being implemented in a way that tends to impede the employee's progress. Other than that If you come in as a normal employee then you don't have deal with the same requirements.
