Pros

Good pay and benefits. Most departments offer flexible working schedules and some give the opportunity to work from home (may just be one or two days per week depending on department). Interesting projects that adds value to society. Great people who genuinely have a sense of purpose working for this company that prides itself on delivering reliable power to communities and businesses alike.

Cons

Some departments are overworked which translates to less time being spent on each individual project. Some departments don't have a good training structure for new engineers. Big company so there's more bureaucracy and lots of emails.

Pros

Benefits Vacation time Food and snacks Occasional employee appreciation Pay is okay if you have bare minimum lifestyle could much better considering how much they make and the stuff reps endure

Cons

Terrible and I mean terrible management really not a bad company/job to do but very disorganized and lots of favoritism and in turn takes away from being able to efficiently do job. Very high turnover rate
