Pros

Supervisors are nice and always willing to help

Cons

Doesn't pay enough for what it pulls from you Changes methods and policy too often for both employees and customers to keep up or respect Programs constantly freeze or completely shut down while dealing with customers For system failures (which are often) if you are unable to work, and have to go home due to THEIR system failing, you won't get paid. They're fault, but you'll pay by NOT getting paid!

Pros

Very slow and relaxed environment. Nobody bothers to disturb you.

Cons

The executive Managment is running the company very similar to God Father movie. You have to bow and kiss the ring all the time otherwise you are out of the circle.
