The outdated mainframe computer for entering your hours so you could get paid once a month !! Don't forget to do that or you might be

Cons

too numerous to list, but lack of real competition and regulatory oversight could be on the list

Pros

Great benefits and working from home

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing, reorganizing teams and essentially making day to day work incredibly frustrating. They dont promote from within. Leadership and management incredibly disconnected from day to day tasks yet make decisions blindly that have big consequences. There is also an unequal distribution of workload.

Pros

Benefits. Made some good friends there.

Cons

Worst company I ever worked for. Management doesn’t care one ounce for its employees. Makes up rules on the fly and only follows them when it’s to their benefit. They lie and talk about ethics and doing the right thing then turn around and do the exact opposite. I’ve been here ten years and I’m currently seeking new employment.
