Pros

Benefits are absolutely outstanding. 8 weeks paternity leave is unheard of. 10% Bonuses, great health, 401k, etc. Great job security.

Cons

Digital Risk and Security (my department) just did not have it together. Professional opinions are ignored. Feels like security budget is spent on what we call "security theater" as opposed to real security. Salary was quite low for my position.
