Pros

Good Stock options, somewhat competitive salary structure, average vacation time

Cons

Lots of office politics, old school "good ol boys network" feel with some of the legacy management personnel, office politics etc. brunt of the workload is delegated down by mid/upper management to the front line supervisors who are overworked and carry the brunt of the responsibilty when stuff hits the fan
