Pros

The Warwick office has a gym, parking and cafe - good sense of community there Graduate scheme is well structured Fair salaries Good hybrid working setup

Cons

Very hierarchical Lots of internal politics and poor leadership in some teams - sense of fear created by some managers which is a sad environment London office is corporate-cold, with no sense of community Many people didn't come across friendly and it's very cliquey No onboarding experience so hard to learn such a vast organisation

Pros

Love that as an organisation and team there is strong focus on building capability so we can show up at our best for the organisation. Work from home has made life home balance significantly less stressful. I work with people who inspire me to do my best every day, so tat we can keep the lights on, which makes me feel like what I do matters.

Cons

You cannot work from abroad.
