Pros

The salary is good, but thats a legacy of the previous owners.

Cons

Persistent efforts to reduce pay and undermine existing agreements. A stated commitment to equality doesn’t align with practice; hiring and promotion decisions often feel inconsistent and not based on merit. Large numbers of people with little industry knowledge have been brought in to implement sweeping changes, with negative impacts on critical operations. Leadership regularly contradicts the company’s own stated ethics, with a culture of disrespect and public criticism that damages morale. In over 20 years here, I have never seen so many highly skilled, experienced staff leave due to working conditions. At the same time, many underqualified, inexperienced people have been placed in key roles, creating the impression that favoritism and cronyism are widespread.
