Pros

Good pay, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, somewhat easy to move around after 18 months, work is very particular and well-defined responsibilities

Cons

Company is very big and can be hard to navigate, stakeholders can be very resistant to change or untrusting of new employees, remote work can be very demanding with little downtimes, need to fit in with team/company culture to do well and work behind screen all day every day, lots of favoritism and are shut down for speaking up
