Pros

If you like long hours and minimal support, but rationalize it with decent pa and benefits

Cons

Work life balance, mentors growth and constructive feedback support network and internal tool to support your responsibilities Grid can offer you the opposite. Political, rigid non transparent unresponsive leadership who promote a Machiavellian culture

Pros

It’s a job and it’s remote

Cons

Ridiculous metrics, micro management, zero help from anyone, managers are rude and condescending and quite frankly incompetent. I absolutely hated this job, they set standards that are impossible to meet and things change DAILY. Systems are outdated with errors effecting my work every single day. It’s just horrible

Pros

The company as a whole was wonderful to work for. They have a great culture and were very helpful.

Cons

The particular supervisor I had, was very condescending and not open to any other ideas other than her own. Out of my many years in my field, by far the most difficult supervisor I have had.
