Broken processes, annoying re-work, infrastructure groups don’t like security, work objectives are planned in a vacuum and dished out to the masses (heavy command and control structure), poor interaction and work streams between teams/depts, mediocre management that thinks they are top notch. And best of all they are dabbling in Agile and doing it wrong. And much more! Great place to put your head down or end a career.

Though it tries to think of itself as innovative, the company is outdated in everything but benefits. They say they want to evolve, but it is half-hearted. There are too many senior execs who have been there for decades to really foster any change. Diversity and inclusion is non-existent, politics run rampant throughout the organization and every 4-6 months there's a new operating model.
