Pros

There is some nice people, working for a reputable company. They provide you with some equipment to work from home.

Cons

Pay is not worth it for everything that they expect you to do in this very fast paced work environment with little to no help. Also, mandates. There are several mandates to work until midnight with not much time given in advance and they threaten you with your job if you can not make it. Also, have to stay in the call center for 18 months in order to have an opportunity to move to a different position.
