Pros

National Grid is a great place to work. Leadership encourages employees to participate and contribute to the advancement of our technological and process improvement efforts. Hard work is recognized and there are continuous learning opportunities. My co-workers are great to work with.

Cons

We have realized that our lingo is rather acronym-heavy, so we are trying to make a cognizant effort to spell things out to ensure clarity, especially for those new to the industry.
