Pros
As bad as the conditions were being yelled at and ripped apart by angry customers all day, the overtime offered was great if you had the determination and they would supply food on extended hour days for storm duty great company and the sky is the limit, lots of room for growth
Cons
union rep was a joke they would never consider your individual efforts, as long as you followed the script and said key words..it would not matter if you helped the customer or not. you could go out of your way and help a customer and solve an issue but if you forget to do a proper closing for the call,you get no credit; but if you say all the "key words" and not help the customer, you can make bonus. call center rep is the job you have to suffer through before you have a chance for the job you want, to get IN with the company
