-Much different organization than what I signed up for, helped grow, and enjoyed years prior
-Nearly constant reorganization of structure and frequent turnover in leadership roles
-Distrust in most of the leadership I’d reported to
-Prides themselves on being a top tier ethical company, but did not feel supported (or in some cases even acknowledged) by the ethics team in my experience;; nepotism and favoritism is frequently noted.
-I was let go suspiciously soon after returning from my medical leave with close to no explanation, no direction on returning company assets etc, and no exit interview. (Sadly, I was somewhat relieved because my experience had become so negative especially with my line manager)
-Poor morale amongst the department. Little to no team building practices
-Received almost no training or guidelines for a role that I was entirely responsible for
-Job postings do not accurately depict the roles
-No progression for my role established
-In theory there is ample opportunity to move around, but I personally did not feel like I could spend a significant part of my career there (even if having the best experience)
-HR appears to be there to serve management and not employees
-Large gap between highly experienced, long time employees and inexperienced new employees
