Pros

- Good benefits and work-life balance - Many training programs for professional development

Cons

- Not many opportunities for career development - Many managers are incompetent to work with because they don't have much knowledge about the projects that they are managing

Pros

Benefits aren’t too bad. Vacation time is probably the best thing about them.

Cons

Entire leadership team has old ways of thinking. Dinosaur culture no matter how “innovative” they claim they want to be.

Pros

Good intentions, strong leadership that wants you to succeed

Cons

Procurement constantly emphasizing going into the office, but everyone wants to work from home. There is a lot of change that is constantly happening. National Grid only paychecks only come once per month. Tough to meet deadlines in a virtual environment/project management has become increasingly difficult. There is a sourcing training of one week that has been condensed into 2 days. which needs to be much longer. Team projects are not emphasized, very individualized.
