Pros

Good benefits very diverse work place at times their are plenty of opportunities overtime comes more often then not pay pretty good once you put your time in

Cons

Never feel really appreciated for your hard work/ if your good at what you do you get overworked while ppl whom arent really good at doing their job get catered too

Good salaries and pensions and sharesave schemes, mostly good training provided if your face fits and flexible working hours.Also provides childcare vouchers.

Cons

They want you to live and breathe the place , sometimes expect you to work long hours and then have little home life.
