Pros

National Grid paid very well, especially for seasonal interns. The company allows their workers to have compress work weeks and flex hours as well.

Cons

The lack of communication is a big issue in the company. Especally with my team, I felt bored and under used very often. Especially after the individual who trained me left and went to another job.
